Intro

To deploy your chatbot on WhatsApp through Twilio, please follow the next steps.

1) Create webhook

In case you have not generated a WhatsApp webhook yet, please do so by clicking the generate button:

2) Copy webhook

Now, copy the generated "A Message Comes In" webhook:

3) Go to Twilio

Go to the Twilio Programmable Messaging settings and add the webhook to the When a message comes in field.

4) 


After this, your chat bot can be accessed on WhatsApp by storing the number as indicated by Twilio in your phone and sending the message indicated by Twilio that number.

Note:

Please be aware that the flow that is published to production in the Dialog Manager will be executed through Twilio and that WhatsApp requires to send the first message to a chat bot.
