The list below shows the features that were introduced, changed or removed with the release of v2.0.1. In this version, no bugs worth mentioning were resolved, but UX improvements were made.

Features: 

  • Ability to integrate chatbots with Twilio for voicebot purposes
    Extended functionalities of the text editor throughout the platform

  • Replacement of the redirect intent by the “Execute Flow" function

  • Introduction of persistent objects with properties that are kept throughout the user’s conversation with a chatbot. 

  • Introduction of User roles to limit permissions

  • Intents and entities that are published are not published again unless they are altered to reduce publish time

  • Re-enabled the possibility to create bots

  • Introduced the ability to change bot names

  • Introduced a dedicated block to measure Touchless Handling

  • Escape characters to omit variables

  • Reverse indexing of .JSON variables

  • Removed redirect intents (its function is replaced by "execute flow" function)

  • BCR tab removed from settings

  • Preparations for new JS snippet page

  • Various stability improvements

UX Improvements:

  • REST Function improvements now display error messages and responses for easier debugging. 

  • REST Function headers are improved to connect to more services.

  • General UX improvements to the Dialog Manager
