How do I use OpenAI GPT-4 as a chit-chat module?

Update: You can now choose between GPT-4 and GPT-3.5 !

Go to your Bot -> Settings -> General Settings -> Toggle the 'Chat-Chat' button on
Optionally change the value 'Initiate chit-chat when no intent is recognized X amount of times' to a lower value.
The lower you set this value (min = 1) the less the bot will ask for clarification if the user input has not been understood, and instead go to GPT-3 to chit-chat.
