The FAQ intent is added to your bot just like any regular intent. However, the difference between a FAQ intent and a regular intent is that a FAQ intent does not have a corresponding flow in the Dialog Manager.
Instead, the answer or reply to this intent can already be added when creating it and that response is the only response possible. FAQ intents can be transformed into regular intents at any time by clicking the button depicted below. After clicking it, the intent becomes available in the dialog manager and the flow and answer can be adjusted to your needs.
