Intro
The configuration enables to pick the desired input channels, language processing engine and systems to connect with. In the example, you will find a screenshot of this page.
Adding Channels or Systems
Most channels and systems like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Teams or Salesforce can be setup directly per bot via our platform by the user. You can enable these functions this by adding the channel or system in the menu and pressing the settings button.
Each system or channel has different setting to setup if available. Use these settings to connect to your system.
Request connect
If settings are not configurable via the front-end you can press the "request connect" button. Our experts will contact you to setup this channel or system to your environment.
